Spencer Graham had been trying to get a hold of Jason Crosby for weeks, but he didn’t seem to answer emails, mail or the telephone. She had an idea that would make them a great deal of money, but she needed him to invest in her project before it was too late. So, barging into his home at 4 a. m. was the only solution as far as she was concerned. She didn’t, however, expect him to answer the door naked and proposition her as soon as she walked in the door. Spencer did the only thing that came natural to her, she knocked him on his ass….

Jason Crosby was nearly two thousand years old, and in all his days as a vampire, he’d never seen anyone quite like her, not that he thought that was a good thing. He didn’t. She was his mate, and he was only going the tolerate her because he had to….

Protecting Keira

Cooper Nelson’s SEAL career was cut drastically short when an explosion left him almost completely deaf. With so much of his pride and self-worth tied to the profession he loved above all else, Coop struggles in his nearly silent new world, his future seemingly bleak…until Commander Hurt badgers him into volunteering at the Riverton School for the Deaf. There, he meets teacher Kiera Hamilton, who opens his eyes—and his heart—to a love more fulfilling than any job could be.

Ten years his senior, Kiera can’t believe Coop would ever be interested in anything long term, but he patiently proves her wrong. And she’s not the only one enamored with the sexy former-SEAL—her impressionable first-grade students are enthralled with the man, especially Frankie. The troubled young boy flourishes with each of Cooper’s visits, which only makes Kiera fall harder.

As he learns ASL, connects with the students, and gets closer to Kiera, Coop’s happier than he’s ever been…until an attempted abduction at the school threatens to take away everything that makes his new life worth living.

Love these Kindle World Novella – if you haven’t tried these book please do. A little shorter read but with a great price. Also gives me a chance too read some new others I might not normally read. Susan stocker-and JM Madden write great military themed romances. If you haven’t read either of these authors you are missing out.  Lisa

Lost and Found

Weddings suck and Navy SEAL Drake Hardwick, or Zero to his teammates, is totally out of his element at the wedding reception of a fellow SEAL. Too much pink is annoying. Too much crowd puts him in a dangerous mood. When he bumps into Izzy Greer, for a few brief seconds, he forgets everything else around him. Too bad Izzy came to the reception with another guy, one that had trouble written all over him. Couldn’t Izzy see that?
Blind dates suck in general, but weddings bring out the worst in some men. Izzy Greer doesn’t like being a damsel in distress, but when her blind date becomes both grabby and possessive, she realizes she needs some help getting rid of him. When things turn more dangerous, she prays one of the military guys at the reception saw him escort her away. She wishes upon a SEAL, and team leader Drake Hardwick materializes as if from a dream. Mature and sexy, Drake makes Izzy think this might turn out to be her luckiest wish ever.
